Lacquer & Wooden Bedroom Sets, Dining & Entertainment

1-Year Limited Warranty – Case Goods & Beds

All finishes and other parts, components, and other furniture products not specifically included in the above Limited Warranties, including but not limited to dressers, nightstands, chests, mirrors headboards and other bed components in wood or lacquer, as well as TV Consoles are warranted by Fabelli Italia Inc., to the original furniture dealer, for one year from the date of purchase, to be free from material manufacturing defects.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS

These Limited Warranties provide coverage to the original furniture dealer and do not apply to the end consumer. A consumer must contact the original furniture dealer for any claims.

Items not covered under these Limited Warranties apply to (i) merchandise that was, at any time, used as a floor sample or display model, (ii) any merchandise purchased “as is” or second-hand, (iii) any merchandise purchased at a distress sale or a going-out-of business sale, or (iv) any merchandise purchased from a liquidator. All warranties, whether express or implied, cover only normal household usage.

No warranty, express or implied, applies to any condition resulting from misuse, abuse, handling, delivery or transportation damage, nor any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
DO clean all lacquer products with a damp cloth, or non-ammonia-based glass cleaner.
DO use a soft cloth to clean all lacquer products to avoid scratching the surface.
DO adjust drawers and doors to compensate for uneven floors.
DO NOT clean lacquer products with abrasive products.
DO NOT, especially white lacquer, expose lacquer products for prolonged periods to the sun.
DO NOT leave lacquer products wet.
DO NOT drop furniture.

REMEDY AND CLAIM PROCEDURE
Under these Limited Warranties, Fabelli Italia’s exclusive obligation during the applicable warranty period is to repair or replace, at its option, any part or parts found, upon examination by an authorized manufacturer’s representative of Fabelli Italia Inc., to contain a material manufacturing defect. For all of its products, Fabelli may chose to pay, within one year from the date of purchase by the original furniture dealer, reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts and shipping costs from the retailer to and from Fabelli, or a repair center designated by Fabelli at no charge to the original furniture dealer. Fabelli, at its own discretion may also chose to credit the furniture dealer the original purchase price if the product is not repairable. After one year from the date of purchase, the original furniture dealer will be responsible for labor, packing, and all shipping and transportation costs.

Any item repaired or replaced under these Limited Warranties will be covered by the Limited Warranties for the remainder of the original warranty period only.

Claim Procedure
If a problem should arise which you feel is covered by our Limited Warranties, contact Fabelli Italia Inc at (954) 440-3187. The original bill of sale and the product serial number are necessary for the fulfillment of the warranty. Please make sure any claim for warranty service is accompanied by the necessary information to satisfy the warranty requirements. Fabelli Italia Inc. reserves the right to require defective parts be returned upon request.

Warranty Limitations
The Fabelli Warranty is limited in that it is provided to you, the original purchaser and owner. The Fabelli Warranty does not apply to furniture or furnishings that have been abused or used beyond the guidelines specified herein. The Fabelli Warranty only applies to furnishings used for normal residential purposes, or if applicable, hospitality installations.

Our warranty does not cover products sold in “distressed” or “as is” condition, products sold “second hand” or products purchased from a stocking retailer, or any other form of reseller not authorized by Fabelli Italia to sell our products.

All of the Limited Warranties set forth below are subject to these Warranty Limitations.

2-Year Limited Warranty – Frames and Springs
Frames and spring systems are under warranty to be free from manufacturing defects for five years from the original manufacturing date.

1-Year Limited Warranty – Cushion & Headboard Cores
Foam cores (not polyester fiber wrap) in all cushions (except in Feather/Down blend cushions) are under warranty to be free from manufacturing defects and against the loss of foam resiliency for two (2) years, with validation of normal wear and tear and confirmation by manufacturer of resiliency loss. Abnormal wear and abnormal loss of resiliency should not be confused with the softening and flattening of the foam and fibers, which is considered normal wear, and are not defects.

      • Cushion Care and Performance Characteristics
        Our high density high resiliency foam cores are environmentally friendly, containing no ABAs or CFCs. Also there are no PBDEs and we use Halogen-free fire retardants. While foam will soften, it should not lose resiliency or the ability to recover from compression.
        You can prolong cushion life and keep your cushions looking fresh by turning and rotating them regularly. You may also want to regulate the cushion core and polyester wrap by unzipping the casing and adjusting the fit of the core and polyester wrap. We do not suggest removing the cushion core from the casing.

1- Year Limited Warranty – Fabrics, Leather, Back Filling Materials, Zippers & Fastenings Upholstery fabrics, including slipcovers, are under warranty for one (1) year against seam slippage, fraying and dye transfer, but only if any cleaning conforms to industry standard methods. This warranty does not cover wearing, wrinkling, fading or pilling. ANY SELF-TREATMENT OR RETAILER APPLIED SOIL REPELLENT VOIDS WARRANTY.

      • Back pillow filling materials are under warranty for one (1) year against the loss of foam resiliency.
      • Foam filling materials are under warranty for one (1) year against the loss of foam resiliency.
      • Zippers and seams are under warranty for one (1) year against failure, including seam slippage.
      • Prolong the life of your fabric Dust and dirt promote premature fabric wear. Vacuum the surface of your furniture regularly, including the deck under the cushions, with the upholstery attachment of your vacuum cleaner. Direct sunlight can cause some fabrics to fade. Care should be taken to limit the amount of direct sun on any piece of furniture.

EXCLUSIONS
THIS WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY DOES NOT COVER STAINS, FADING OR DISCOLORATION IN ORIGINAL COLOR, TEXTURE, OR GLOSS, OR DAMAGE DUE TO NEGLIGENCE, IMPROPER MAINTENANCE (SEE CARE AND MAINTENANCE GUIDE), ACTS OF GOD, OR ALTERATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS OF ANY KIND, MADE BY ANY PERSON OR PERSONS, AFTER THE PRODUCT HAS LEFT FABELLI. THIS WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY DOES NOT COVER SCRATCHING, CHIPPING AND PITTING THAT NORMALLY OCCURS IN NATURAL PRODUCTS.

      • What is NOT Covered
        Our warranty is nontransferable. Product purchased off of a retailer’s sales floor is not covered under the Fabelli Group warranty.
      • Failure caused by unreasonable, unanticipated or abusive use.
      • Failure caused by a lack of reasonable and necessary care and maintenance.
      • Normal fading of leather, fabrics or upholstery.
      • Flattening or compression of cushions and pads.
      • Changes in wood color due to the natural aging of the wood.
      • Return freight after first year.
      • Minor variations in color and texture of finishes.
      • Damage caused by acts of nature.
      • Changes in wood color due to the natural aging of the wood.
